Forrest Outpost, or more formally know as Outpost Maxwell Forrest, is the prototype of Starfleet's newest space station class. Currently no other stations of this class exist yet, but there is a proposal for several more on the drawing board.
The station was build in modular sections shipped in and on several Starfleet and boomer vessels. It was assembeld with the help of the Starfleet Corps of Engineers who designed the outpost, but under the supervision of the prospective station crew.
Currently Forrest Outpost is overseeing construction of an orbital shipyards that will be a major addition to the outpost's capabilities.
